Description
1) Require process trainer from BPO Sales or Collection background, highly preferred from Banking/ Collection for one of the leading bank in India (Minimum 2 years experience required)

2) Conducting Product and process training at all levels

  • Telecaller, Team Leader and Team Manager
3)Ensuring the training module get update on timely basis

4) Conducting motivational training for the Team to enhance performance

5) 1+ years of Experience required as a trainer.

6) Immediate Joiners preferred or Notice period of 15 days can also apply
