Location:

Shift timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM ( night Shift )

Experience: 0-2 Year

Requirements:

Proficient negotiation skills.
A businessrelated degree is preferred but not required.
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
Proficiency in using computers and various online databases.

Responsibilities:

Utilizing diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social networks, referrals, and other outlets.
Demonstrating knowledge of staffing and scheduling.
Organizing and coordinating workload among clinical staff, clients, and internal team members.
Collaborating with and assisting the team when needed.
Willingness to contribute to other office duties and support a collaborative team environment.
Going the extra mile with a positive attitude to meet assigned goals.
Fulfilling any additional duties assigned by the Executive Team.

Job Qualifications:

Solid prior experience recruiting for hospitals and longterm care facilities in an agency setting.
Proven ability to identify, source, and recruit healthcare professionals ranging from staff level to leadership positions.
Experience in staffing CNAs, CMAs, LPNs, RNs, and other healthcare roles.
Familiarity with both nonclinical and clinical backgrounds, including but not limited to Registered Nurses, Therapists, Psychologists, Nurse Practitioners, etc.
Ability to assist in coordinating interviews, onboarding, and other HR functions.
Previous experience in recruiting using job boards, referral sources, and a deep understanding of nursing, healthcare, credentialing, interviewing, and fullcycle recruitment.
Excellent professional communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in computer literacy; experience with MSPs is a plus.
Capability to work independently, collaborate within a team, and meet established goals.
Resultsoriented selfstarter who can manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred experience with MSPs and ATSs.
Familiarity with job boards such as Indeed, Monster, LinkedIn, and related research techniques.
