Description
Voice services are provided via webchat and include inbound and/or outbound.Responsibilities:
- Communicate with our visitors/ customers via web chat & also inbound calls to help find the details they are enquiring about and resolve the issues being faced.
- Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information,
- Access the company's internal system and enter the customer information to send it to respective team members.
