Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.

Your proficiency in graphic design software, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively will contribute to the success of our marketing and branding efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to create designs that align with the brand guidelines.
• Create and edit images, illustrations, and other graphical elements using graphic design software, ensuring high-quality output.
• Work closely with copywriters and content creators to integrate visual elements with written content effectively.
• Stay updated with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to bring innovative design ideas and solutions to the table.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines effectively.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs.
• Collaborate with the development team to provide design assets and guidance for website and app interfaces.

Maintain organized design files and assets for future reference and use.


Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and managing multiple projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within established deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.


Salary:
₹8, ₹12,000.00 per month
