Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct direct sales operations, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with key retailers,
bakeries, hotel, QSR outlets.

  • Actively engage in "foot on the ground" activities, including meeting with key outlets, arranging appointments,
and conducting face-to-face interactions.

  • Build and nurture relationships with top retailers and hotels to foster longterm partnerships and drive sales
growth.

  • Take the lead in creating new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activities.
  • Product placement in right temperature and educating the distributors and retailers
  • Execute promotions and merchandise effectively to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.
  • Responsible for both primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding sales
objectives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for market penetration
and expansion.

  • Provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to
inform sales strategies and decision-making.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with customers and partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market dynamics to remain competitive and
informed.

  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with
customers and stakeholders.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
