RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct direct sales operations, focusing on establishing and maintaining relationships with key retailers,
- Actively engage in "foot on the ground" activities, including meeting with key outlets, arranging appointments,
- Build and nurture relationships with top retailers and hotels to foster longterm partnerships and drive sales
- Take the lead in creating new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts and lead generation activities.
- Product placement in right temperature and educating the distributors and retailers
- Execute promotions and merchandise effectively to enhance product visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Responsible for both primary and secondary sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and exceeding sales
- Collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager to develop and implement strategies for market penetration
- Provide regular feedback and insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with customers and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and market dynamics to remain competitive and
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company professionally and positively in all interactions with

₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
