Key Responsibilities:


  • 1. Provide expert advice and guidance on beauty products and services to customers.
  • 2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, and proactively engage with customers to drive sales.
  • 3. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • 4. Stay uptodate on product knowledge and industry trends, and share this knowledge with customers.
  • 5. Participate in visual merchandising and instore events to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • 6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • 7. Provide feedback to the store manager on customer preferences, feedback, and suggestions for product improvements.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • 1. HSC + Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2. Sales experience required in the beauty (prestige
- luxury) goods industry.

  • 3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • 4. Passion for beauty and luxury products, and a desire to stay uptodate on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • 7. Experience using social media platforms, would be a plus.
