Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Drive sales of health insurance policies through the Banca channel.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Banca partners and customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Train and motivate Banca partners to promote and sell health insurance policies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales in the Banca assurance channel.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends.

Salary:
₹240, ₹300,000.00 per year
