Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Attended and coordinate incoming phone calls with appropriate personnel.
- Schedule and manage appointment and office work calendar.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the office staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedbacks and complaints quickly and appropriately.
- Update and Maintain the office database and other required records.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (English and Tamil mandatory), because some of our customers are international clients.
- Ability to multitask,organize and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proactive, optimistic and professional attitude and conduct.
- Ability to follow instructions.
WILLING TO LEARN CONSTANT PURSUIT TO EXCELLENCE AND GROW.
Desirable Criteria:
_(Preferred but not mandatory)_
- Know additional regional and international languages
- Previous similar work experience
- Degree in Information Technology or similar work experience in Website Content Creation and Management
Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
