Position description:

Operations - Officer - CPU Retail Liabilities


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Receipt and verification of forms/instructions at Mail room / Processing Units including Lead initiations for AOD/CI received from RBB for cases received without lead appearing in FTS/CRM.
  • Handling Outward courier desk, Data entry and authorization of particulars relating to customers opening new accounts in core and other surround systems
  • Data entry and authorization of particulars relating to customer maintenance/updations in core and other surround systems
  • Scanning of signature of customers,Scanning of customer account opening forms/customer instruction forms. Initial checking/Knock off of forms/instructions processed in core and surround systems under
- supervision of Bank Staff Handling generation of Tele Banking TINS Quality check and verification of customer static data in core/surround systems

  • Providing support for back office viz; Administrative work, filing and record keeping.
Initial checking/Knock off of suspense accounts and related reporting under the supervision of Bank Staff.

  • Query resolution after verification of customer information.
Verification, inputting & Authorisation of Re-KYC forms (Individuals).Inputting & Authorisation of Re-KYC forms (Non-Individuals) (BPO).

  • Organizing printing of welcome kit deliverables and cards in coordination with printing vendors.
  • Data entry for Account opening & Customer instruction forms processing through imaging Applications. Ensure Customer details are validated in FC System before Processing.
  • Strict Adherence to the policy/ process guidelines,Quality check / Updating the correct values for Forms which are having Mismatches.
  • Verifying / Providing responses to CPUs / stake holders for observations/ Deviations observed,
- , Credit Facility Details and Signature check for on-board customer etc. Users to ensure data captured in System Vs Images are correct or not and any observations to be highlighted to CPUs


Additional Responsibilities:


  • Any other additional activities, Adhoc Activities which can be performed by HDB Staff will be assigned to BPOs as and when requirement arises.
