Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with employers to facilitate placement opportunities for students.
Identify job opportunities suitable for students based on their skills, qualifications, and career aspirations.
Coordinate with academic departments to understand the skill sets and career goals of students.
Organize and conduct placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
Provide guidance and support to students in preparing for interviews, including resume writing, interview preparation, and mock interviews.
Collaborate with the training and development team to enhance students' employability skills.
Maintain accurate records of placement activities, including student placements, employer interactions, and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends, job market demands, and employer expectations.
Prepare reports and presentations on placement activities and outcomes for management review.
Assist in alumni relations and tracking the career progression of alumni.

Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
