We're looking for talented, creative filmmakers for our video team, who can bring our ideas to life.


You must have 1-2 years experience with solid skills in video editing and visual design. We don't care if you don't have a degree or if you prefer to work with a DSLR, a RED camera or a GoPro strapped to a chicken - as long as you're a self starter, love learning new skills and find magic in creating.

You love spotting new trends, finding hacks for faster execution and communicating fluently in english or hindi. Plus, we like to have fun while at work. So if you have a good sense of humor and think you can handle us, please reach out. We look forward to hearing from you.


Examples of videos you'd be working on- Inspirational - Agla Station Mars- Useful - How to speak Bengali- Celebrating users life - Train Mein Hai Ghar Wali Baat- Topical - Ruk Jaana Nahi- Change the World - Jaisa Ghar, Waisa Desh- Performance ads - Product and Feature ads- Instagram Reels - Trending Formats
You Will...



  • Be part of ideation, research, brainstorming and collaboration for video
concepts.

  • Write script/screenplay, shot breakdown for the videos.
  • Audition and select talent for videos as per requirement (in-house or
external)

  • Be part of planning and production, arranging props, locations, costume,
etc

  • Handle DSLR camera, mobile phone, lighting setup, sound recording and
any other requirements while shooting a video.

  • Edit videos, create graphics on Final Cut Pro, Adobe premiere pro, Adobe
Photoshop and Adobe after effects. Basic 2D tracking knowledge will be an
add on.


You Have...
1. 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing, Filmmaking/Video content
creation. Experience > Degree.

  • Good communication skills in Hindi or English
  • Solid skills in video editing, design and compositions.
  • Detailed knowledge of FCP, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
After Effects and 2D Tracking

  • A 'jugaad', hacking mindset to find solutions and fix things super fast.
  • Love for exploring ideas, connected to social media to spot trends and
formats and excited to create.

  • Initiative to learn and experiment, and enthusiasm to find solutions.
  • Video Creator DNA
  • Oh and a good sense of humour :)
