Description
Preferably must be a Food Technologist for Spices Mfg. Company.
Responsibilities:
- Vertical start-up & stabilization of the green field operation.**
- Support QCM FSSAI licensing, Audit / Compliances.
- Implementing food safety systems like HACCP(
Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points), AIB with best in class AIB score.**
- Ensuring that the product is dispatched as per the quality norms by administering hold & clear process in plant.
- Drive Food Safety Agenda in plant & ensuring compliance to FSSAI requirements applicable to industry.
- Support driving Quality systems in plant & New Product Development and other R&D trials.
- Develop and implement the best practices in GHK/ Allergen monitoring as per norms.
- Training and skill enhancement of operatives.

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
