We are hiring for Customer Service Coordinator

Salary : 3.50 to 4 Lacs Per Annum

Education:
Any Graduate

Exp:
Freshers or 1 or 2 yrs of exp

Excellent communication skill - written & oral both

Open to travel and be in field some times.

Job Profile:

Provide the highest standard of service and care to customers
To ensure the company's management system is accurately updated
To provide support in the administration of paperwork, financial and associated information as and when required.
Study the enquiries in detail and make notes.
Initiate customer contact & exchange, record vital information of the relocation movement.
Schedule Survey in the system.
Once the Jobs are received, process, verify and validate all the required documentations & process compliances.
Schedule Operations activities in coordination with Operations Team.
Verify documentation & validate the same.
Support in Pre-Sales with market research and calls
Coordinate with internal and external vendors to get prices
