Description

Roles and Responsibilities
Identifying and forecasting the organizations purchasing needs

Researching, selecting, and purchasing quality products and materials

Processing requisitions and updating management on the status of orders
Updating inventory and managing stock levels
Arranging transport of goods and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery
Understanding the target market and analyzing trends to make informed buying decisions
Allocating stock to Outlets and fulfillment centers as per the analyzed sale and trend.
Coordinating with inventory team, management, and stockroom for smooth functioning of business activities
Monitoring the stock quality and escalating any discrepancies to suppliers and management
Implementation of new POS Software with current organization need.
Getting solution to current organization's issues with software and getting it resolved by coordinating with software development team
Preparing Team Brand report, Weekly SIH, monthly and weekly Sale reports
Analyzing, maintaining, and managing appropriate inventory level and listing will the channels
Coordinating with different channel managers for listing of new arrivals
