**Key Responsibilities:

Ability to understand and handle architectural CAD drawings.
Capable of modeling projects from minimum sketches and supervision.
Provide efficient modeling and converting of drawings from CAD and other modeling packages.
Work on Architectural and Interiors 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering on visuals.
Ability to create extremely photorealistic exterior, interior and landscape and using
V-Ray, Corona Render

Prepare final renders and presentations for clients.
Work closely with design team.
Stay updated with latest softwares used in the visualization field and research and decide on materials

- and products to achieve realistic images.

**Required Skills:
- **- 1 to 3 years of experience in designing residential interior spaces, ideally with international projects
- experience.

Excellent level of proficiency with 3d max, Corona, Vray, Photoshop, After Effects, Sketchup, AutoCAD is

- a must.

Experience in producing high quality architectural/interior still, 360 images and animations.
Fully conversant in using an creating modeling from architectural plans, sketches, elevations, and

- knowledge of related visualization techniques and photo realistic rendering techniques.

Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, landscapes and proficient

- modeling skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and to respond proactively and when required.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to tight deadlines.
