Job Title:
Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry**
Qualification and Experience: Strictly M. Pharm in Pharmaceutical /Medical Chemistry with teaching experience of 1 to 3 years in a reputed Pharmacy College.
M.Sc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry will not be considered. Industry experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities:


Teaching Responsibilities:

Conducting lectures, tutorials, laboratory sessions, and workshops on pharmaceutical chemistry topics. Developing and updating course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments. Providing guidance and support to students, including mentoring, advising, and supervising their academic progress. Assessing and evaluating student performance through exams, assignments, and projects. Incorporating innovative teaching methods and technologies to enhance learning outcomes. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in pharmaceutical chemistry and integrating them into the curriculum.


Research Responsibilities:


Service Responsibilities:

Participating in departmental and university committees and contributing to academic governance. Engaging in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and seminars. Contributing to the development and review of the pharmacy curriculum. Participating in accreditation processes and quality assurance activities.

Providing guidance and support to students outside of the classroom, such as advising student organizations or participating in student recruitment activities.


Additionally, as a Lecturer, you may be expected to stay updated with current trends and advancements in the field of pharmaceutical chemistry, maintain professional relationships with colleagues, actively participate in professional organizations, and adhere to ethical standards in teaching and research.
