Field sales executives are responsible for selling and promoting products or services to new and existing customers

  • Field sales executives follow up with customers interested in purchasing products or services.
  • Sales executives also maintain positive relationships with existing customers and remind them to renew, maintain or upgrade their products.
  • Sales executives submit regular reports related to customer acquisition, forecast estimates and competitor activity to senior team leaders.
