Job Description:


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Bench Sales AND Recruitment is required
  • Experience marketing and placing Bench consultants ((H1B, GC, OPT, US Citizen).
  • Proven successful sales record in IT Staffing and Consulting.
  • Industry (Must place a minimum of 2 consultants per month
  • MUST demonstrate proof of previous Contract C2C placements during the interview).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must have strong US Prime Vendor relations Only (NO Layers)
  • Experience with fullcycle Contract C2C Sales: vetting requirements from Job Portals, Cold Calling, Identifying the best consultants, Extensive Resume Review before submission, confirming the best rates for consultants,
- following up for interview schedules, closing the best deals.

  • Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex technical requirements.

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
