Sales Executive - Mumbai, India - Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited
Description
Identify and prospect new business/clients via cold-calling and sales activities.Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to encourage up-selling and retention.
Monitor the progress of the shipment until final destination.
Participate to the contract setting and monitor customers payment.
Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution.
Preparation of DSR, updating shipment status to customers on daily basis.
Regular attending team meetings.
Submit need-based data to Manager.
Quick response to mails.
Resolving customers query regarding shipments.
Salary:
₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Day shift
Travel requirement:
- Up to 70% travel
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- Lead generation: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
