Responsibilities:


  • Preparing and administering tests, quizzes, and other assessments to measure student progress
  • Conducting lab sessions to help students understand how the body works
  • Providing individualized instruction to students who are struggling with course material or who want to excel in class
  • Meeting with students individually to discuss academic concerns, recommend study strategies, or offer tutoring assistance
  • Assisting in the administration of a Colleges athletic program by teaching students about sports safety, conditioning, and teamwork
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and grades
  • Creating lesson plans that align with state and national curricula standards
  • Developing and administering classroom activities, such as dissections, field trips, and experiments
  • Preparing and delivering lectures that teach students about human anatomy and physiology
