- **Whatsapp Campaign execution and allotment of the leads for all 3 depts

NCS/POC/CS

SMS Campaign execution and allotment of the leads for all3 depts

NCS/POC/CS

Weekly monitoring of various portals and conducting meetings with the vendors to share feedback on the lead quality

Daily monitoring of the lead conversion from the CRM Sales and Customer Service team

Daily monitoring of the lead conversion success measure for SM leads and sharing a weekly report with Innoserv for the lead quality recd

Co-ordinate with Innoserv for the post-approval incase of my absence

Preparing Fortnightly reports and monthly reports for MB

Daily monitoring with the Sales and Service lead conversion process to be mapped from SFDC for NCS & eDealer for CS for digital leads

He /She will be a back-up for the Eventl Marketing Executive

Execution of the Festivity Campaigns for the existing customers to ensure retention activity

Explore scope for influential marketing to increase followers on our page

Backup for the calling process in absence of the CRE
