Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Analyse previous exam performances and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance on selecting relevant study materials, books, and online resources.
  • Demonstrate indepth knowledge of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and current affairs.
  • Conduct regular oneonone or group counselling sessions to address concerns and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other counsellors and faculty members to enhance overall counselling services.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, UPSC exam patterns, and relevant policy changes.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance counselling skills.
  • Responsible for the admission closure.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Political Science).
  • Minimum of 4years of experience in counselling for UPSC examinations.
  • Indepth knowledge of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and current affairs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
