9+ years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, having worked on at least
3 implementations and 1 support project on Recruiting.

Experience Required**:


  • Valid SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification is mandatory. Lead and manage the implementation of SuccessFactors RCM and RMK modules. Understand client requirements and translate them into effective system configuration. Provide expert advice on SAP SuccessFactors best practices. Conduct workshops and training sessions for endusers. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. Troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues
  • Responsible for administering technical solutions on Recruiting (RCM) as per client requirement
  • Understanding and configuration of Recruiting data models, Business rules, Foundation Objects & Recruiting marketing
  • Experience in at least one more modules such as Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Onboarding, Learning, and Employee Central. Implementation experience on SF Recruiting with client facing roles. Experience in optimizing and streamlining global HR processes
  • Knowledge of intermodule dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors. Experience with data migration and data management activities in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Hands on experience on Reporting (Advanced reporting, People Analytics) is desirable. Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.
Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture
Experience Good to Have:


  • Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Recruiting management processes. Knowledge of integration center is good to have. Knowledge of SAP HCM is good to have.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Participating in workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training. Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements. Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers. Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents. Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
