Role & Responsibilities:

Meeting with architects, interior designers, builders and other key accounts.
Generating leads and successfully closing them.
Handle sales enquiries.
Discuss and propose professional advice on interior design, space planning, design.
Conceptualization and material selection to prospective clients.
Prepare proposal and quotation based on client requirement and design.
Manage and coordinate project progress from inception to completion.
Site supervision and project coordination.
Work closely with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project work smoothly.
Schedule workflow to meet customer move in date.
