Responsibilities:


  • To initiate and implement actions to drive revenue growth and achieve sales of our services and solutions.
  • Identify and target prospective clients, build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales collateral and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring winwin outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:


  • 37 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in system integration domain of video surveillance, video management systems, central monitoring solutions, access control, fire alarm, intrusion detection systems, and IP networking solutions.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed in a competitive market.
  • Wellestablished network of clientele.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
  • Flexibility to travel as required.

Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
