Designation - Field Sales Executive

Location - Mysore and Bangalore

Job Overview:
The Field Executive - Financial Products Sales will be responsible for promoting and

selling our range of insurance and investment financial products to prospective clients. This role

requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a deep

understanding of financial products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and identify potential clients through various channels, including cold
calling, networking events, referrals, and other lead generation strategies.

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals, risk
tolerance, and insurance/investment needs.

  • Present and explain our insurance and investment financial products and services to
clients, emphasizing their features, benefits, and suitability to meet clients' specific

needs.

  • Provide personalized recommendations and financial advice to clients based on their
individual circumstances, objectives, and preferences.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, and
to generate repeat business and referrals.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments
affecting insurance and investment products, and communicate relevant information

to clients.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including sales quotas,
revenue targets, and client satisfaction goals.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹158, ₹323,029.73 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
