Roles and Responsibilities
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and track progress
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Relationship management with multiple decisionmakers and stakeholders to
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers and
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
- 12 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong understanding of the EdTech industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Language
- English, Hindi, Kannada & Telugu (Would be a plus)
Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
