Inside Sales


Location:
Bangalore

Experience: 1-2 Years

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead followup.
  • Qualify leads and identify opportunities
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with leads and track progress
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude
  • Relationship management with multiple decisionmakers and stakeholders to
add value.

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers and
expanding database of prospects.

  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
  • 12 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in CRM software


  • Language

  • English, Hindi, Kannada & Telugu (Would be a plus)

Salary:
₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
