  • A Customer Representative in real estate is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients who have expressed interest in buying or selling property. They need to reach out to potential clients through phone calls or other communication channels to establish communication and schedule appointments.
  • A telecaller in real estate should be able to manage their schedule efficiently, set up appointments with clients, and ensure that all appointments are kept on time.
  • A telecaller in real estate should be able to meet or exceed their targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and customer acquisition. They should be able to work under pressure, multitask efficiently, and prioritize their work based on business needs.
*A telecaller in real estate should be able to follow up with clients after a sale or a service to ensure that they are satisfied and to address any issues or concerns that they may have.
