AIM OF POSITION:

ESOP scheme documentation

Listing approval on NSE / BSE

Providing support to clients for ESOP related activities.

KEY ACCOUTABILITIES:

Sending monthly and weekly reports of trading in clients.

Updating database related to share capital because of corporate actions.

Co-ordination with CS dept of clients to get insider data and CC and Depository for corporate action related information.

Providing billing inputs to the Accounts.

Data management of all clients on track in software.

QUALIFICATION:
Graduate
