• How do you effectively utilise your cash to maximise throughput from each revenue channel? How do you ensure that both cost cutting and spend optimisation happen in due time by different stakeholders responsible? How do you prepare data so that anybody can use financial metrics of the organisation as a ready reckoner to make decisions?

In this role, these are the questions you'll help answer by

Starting at the beginning:

• Maintaining everyday and month on month Financial Records and build in into an MIS with key metrics as needed by company stakeholders

Building a strong foundation- Analysis data and preparing report on a week on week and month on month basis. Taking care of all statutory compliances and audits while respecting deadlines.

Enable Metric driven Growth: Demonstrate a strong nose for business and being number oriented. Work with the Founders on optimising cost, improving margins and moving the key levers for growing revenue.


What You'll Achieve:

• Build a datafueled financial machine that leverages past, present and future scenarios to uncover leakages and solve for cost optimisation on a daytoday and weektoweek basis at Naario
• Guide the prioritization of financial metrics and goals across teams and functions, bringing contributors design, tech, marketing, content, Ops around common goals
• Learn how to manage and coach respective teams in acquisition, activation, retention, monetization and more — empowering them to move fast, take financial metrics in mind, while communicating clearly across the company.
• Partner with the founders to ensure our productled, data backed growth efforts work in conjunction with salesdriven motions and cash in bank

Skills You'll Need to Bring:

• 13 years of experience in Finance and Accounting with an impeccable track record
• Strong selfstarter who operates with urgency and proactively drives business results; Ability to operate in a lean, fastpaced organization and to create a vision and organization that can scale quickly
• Strong Financial Modelling experience; Ability to build strong crossfunctional partnerships
• Expert Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,484.33 per month
