Job Title:
Interior Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all aspects of interior design projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution.
Ensure that projects are completed within the established budget and timeline, and that quality standards are met.
Oversee the work of subcontractors and vendors to ensure that work is completed to the required specifications.
Communicate with clients, architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure that project objectives are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being performed according to specifications and that safety standards are being met.
Monitor and report on project progress, including scheduling, budget, and resource allocation.
Provide regular updates to the project team and stakeholders on project status, issues, and risks.
Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to improve project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
At least [Insert years] of experience in interior design project management or site supervision.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
