Key Responsibilities:

  • Shortlist categories of products and services based on market research and
customer needs analysis

  • Map vendors and suppliers in each category, assess their capabilities and suitability
for our needs

  • Create profitability roadmaps for each product and service, ensuring competitive
pricing and meeting margin targets

  • Validate supplier supply skills and capabilities to ensure meeting quality standards
and delivery requirements

  • Continuously validate prices to ensure the best deals and pass on cost savings to
our customers

  • Implement open book costing for transparency and accountability in our cost
structure

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute offers that meet
customer needs and drive business growth

  • Stay uptodate with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity
to inform offer design and strategy


Requirements:


  • Experience in offer design, vendor management, and pricing strategy
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, using data to inform decisionmaking
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, building and maintaining
relationships with vendors and suppliers

  • Familiarity with supply chain management and procurement processes

Salary:
₹10, ₹38,728.79 per month
