Job description:


Customer service is the support you offer your customers — both before and after they buy and use your products or services — that helps them have an easy and enjoyable experience with you.


Job Role & Responsibilities:


  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools/methods.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolutions.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- take the extra mile to engage customers.


Qualification:


  • Freshers with great communication skills are also welcomed.
  • Graduate/undergraduate
  • MUST be comfortable with working from the office.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

6 days working/ 1 day rotational off

9 hour login

shift window 8:00AM to 8:00PM (any 9 hour)
**Salary

  • 15,000 IN HAND (with deductions)**

WORK LOCATION- Moti Nagar, Delhi
