Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Work closely with the product team to create visually appealing product packaging, labels, and other productrelated materials.
  • Generate original design concepts and present ideas to stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative design techniques into projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining highquality standards.
  • Review designs for errors and inconsistencies, and make necessary revisions based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects to ensure easy access and version control.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to coordinate production and ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support the overall marketing and branding strategy.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and techniques is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs.
  • Passion for design and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.

₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
