Description

Job Roles:
Responsible for managing various Trade Finance products, including IDPMS, EDPMS, MTT, GR Waiver, Deferrals, AR Purchase, Bank Guarantee, etc.

Conduct follow-ups with clients to address breaches of RBI regulations and ensure timely submission of required documents.

Handle client queries and discrepancies, liaising with CSM/RM or Branch personnel for prompt resolution.

Interact with FEMA and Trade pay team as needed for outstanding closures or early resolution of discrepancy cases.

Ensure closure of outstanding cases related to all products aging cases, employing effective and pro-active communication and problem-solving skills.

Escalation of un-resolved issues to the central team for further action.

Collaborate with different stakeholders to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency in Trade Finance Operations.

Salary:
₹13, ₹20,000.98 per month
