Tax Compliance: Prepare and review tax returns, while staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations. Liaising with authorities for the income tax assessment matters and making submissions. Assisting clients for the ODI transactions and its related post compliances (APRs). Filing 15CA/15CB and FLA returns for clients. Assisting FC-TRS & FC-GPR compliance with the Indian compliance team.

Risk Management: Identify potential tax and regulatory risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization's compliance with the highest ethical and legal standards.

Legal and Financial Due Diligence:Carrying out FDD and LDD for proposed transactions/ deals involving mergers/ demergers/ acquisitions etc.

Valuation support:Carry out valuation support for start-ups/ large companies to support funding rounds and transactions involving deal support

Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, and provide recommendations to optimize tax planning and minimize tax liabilities.

Advisory Support: Provide expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on tax implications of business decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. Providing memo and professional opinions at the client request on tax advisory.


Requirements:


  • Qualified/dropout CA: Hold a valid Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or a drop out, with a strong understanding of tax laws, accounting principles, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience: Fresher to 2 years of experience
  • Possess excellent analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and legislation effectively.
  • Display a meticulous approach to work, ensuring accuracy in calculations, reports, and compliance filings.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex tax matters in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, sharing knowledge and insights to drive optimal tax and regulatory outcomes.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and evolving work environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Uphold the highest level of ethical conduct and professional integrity in all aspects of work.

Pay:
₹600, ₹900,000.00 per year
