Rolls and Responsibilities

Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken in the CRM.
Associates must reply to those queries in a set format.
Responsible to book the doctor appointments on a web portal.
Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.
Taking followups from management for the complaints and feedback closure.

Ability to handle work well and maintain quality

Qualifications/Other Requirements
Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate

0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.

Should be fluent in English/Gujrati & Hindi

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
