Job Description:

Drive agenda of the CFO.
Work on Business & Corporate Strategy, Implementing systematic & structured frameworks to bring focus & action change, handling multiple stakeholders.
Drive operational and functional excellence within corporate unit
Initiate, collaborate & monitor improvement projects in Commercial areas.
Deliver financial information, analysis & insights that support strategy and decision making to the Management & Business Leaders.
Prepare CFO's presentations for internal & external meetings.
Work on various process optimization & Digitization projects.
Catalyst to Internal & External Audits ensuring compliance with various standard and directives.
Knitting various functions to ensure overall picture and scenarios for decision making.
Managing Headcount in FC business unit,
Overseeing commercial decision making from agreement analysis, cost analysis, supporting documents, Business reasons, etc

Qualifications:

Education:
CA and MBA Finance

Additional information
years experience in Chief of Staff, Business Partner role with a proven record of success

Ability to work in ambiguity and drive changes
Sound decision making skills based on accurate and timely analyses
Advanced presentation skills including Excel, Power point and Power BI.
Strong Business Acumen.
Results oriented and metrics driven
Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage stakeholders at all levels
Ability to lead by example and demonstrate a strong sense of integrity, ethics and dependability
