Salary / CTC: 3.5 LPA - 4.5 LPA


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Deliver interesting and dynamic training sessions, workshops, and seminars to individuals and groups, guaranteeing successful information transfer and skill development.
  • Evaluate trainees' code, projects, and assignments, providing constructive input to enhance code quality, best practices, and continuous progress.
  • Constantly update and improve training materials to match the most recent breakthroughs in Java programming, software engineering methods, and upcoming technologies.
  • Assist trainees in overcoming coding hurdles, debugging errors, and finding effective solutions, encouraging critical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Create and implement assessments and evaluations to track trainee progress, identify areas for improvement, and assess training effectiveness.
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and new technology to ensure that the training content is relevant and up to date.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, such as training manuals, coding examples, and reference materials.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts and logical reasoning.
  • Familiarity with objectoriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for software development and eagerness to learn.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of any programming language (Java experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
