As one of India's top 100 startups, VLEBazaar aims to provide high-quality products at affordable prices, even in rural areas.

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Service Representatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle Customer Inquiries:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products.

Resolve Issues:
Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.

Order Processing:
Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and updating order status.

Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of VLEBazaar's product catalog.

Communication:
Communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.**
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and customer relationship management.

- Graduation in any discipline (prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory).

- Basic computer and internet skills.

- Willingness to work at the company's office location in Gurugram, Haryana.

PREFER DELHI-NCR CANDIDATES ONLY

Salary Range:
INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Office Location:
Block X, 52, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram, Haryana, 122002

Salary:
₹10, ₹18,000.00 per month
