**Roles & responsibilities:

  • Arranging for quotations for new inquiries, comparisons and proposals making with cost breakup detailing and approvals
  • Negotiations with vendors as per market realistic rates, setting up process for rate contracts in job work orders
  • Generation of Indents/POs in ERP for MTS,MTO, Kanban stocks
  • Commodities rate trend monitoring and reflecting it in material costing for RM, bought out components
  • Sharing POs,material plans/schedules with vendors, monitoring their manufacturing cycles as per the committed delivery schedules, escalating the concerns wherever required
  • Monitoring of GRN movement and clearing it for payments processing in support of stores
  • Monitoring of daily material receipts as per committed delivery schedules from vendors
  • Interdepartmental coordination with Planning, Production, Stores, Quality for adequate flow of information
  • Stock level monitoring in ERP, Minmax stocks for proactive steps
  • NCR & CAPA monitoring for vendor supplied components

Skills & Basic Requirements for the Position

Proficient in English, Hindi and Gujarati

Experience in ERP

Negotiation Skill

Excellent Networking

Good Attitude

Knowledge in MS office
