Nursing Supervisor - Udaipur, India - MediPharma Konnect
Description
Creating and implementing nursing policies to foster a positive and organized work environment while planning, prioritizing and assigning health care tasks to clinical support team members- Managing medication schedules and ensuring communication with the medical team to avoid medication errors
- Encouraging all staff to adhere to the highest standards in patient care and conducting regular staff reviews
- Maintaining knowledge of current trends in nursing and ambulatory care and educating teams
- Communicating with patients and their family members as needed, and offering emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families in distress
- Assessing, processing and discharging patients
- Managing patient and employee records with a focus on following HIPAA regulations and quality standards
- Providing a direct line of communication between patients, nursing staff and physicians
Salary:
₹50, ₹65,000.00 per month
