Export Executive Position for
Ahmedabad Location.

The company is built on a foundation of technocrats who have experience of five decades in the manufacture of Synthetic Resin for Paints, Printing Inks, Wood Coating Lacquers and Adhesive Industries.

currently we are one of the leading manufacturers of resins in India and exporting to Middle East, Africa, Asian and Southeast Asian Countries.

We are known for our consistent quality and uninterrupted supply position.

1) plans and coordinates the international shipment of goods.
2) Negotiate with CHAs and Freight Forwarders to acquire competitive shipment rates and finalize the deal with them if their rates are competitive and affordable.
3) Preparing Pre

- and Post-Shipment documents.

4) Coordinates clearing and forwarding of all imports & exports for the company.
5) Performs costing of all import shipments for goods in transit in the consignment data base. Liaises with Finance Department for opening Letters of Credit, transfers, and Bank Delivery Order for shipment covered by L/C.
6) Authorises our Freight forwarders to clear the goods in case of direct shipments.
7) Coordinates for inspection and necessary survey in case shipments arrive in open/torn/wet/damaged condition.
8) Attends inspection of damaged goods during transit at airport/seaport along with the Insurance company's representative.
9) Obtain short lading certificate from Customs Authority.

Files Insurance claims and follows up for payments/credit note with the insurance company.

10) Obtains all attested legal documents necessary for exports from Dubai Chamber of commerce and industry.
11) Checks and verifies Freight Forwarder's invoices for both imports & exports, obtain approval from respective department Head and forwards these to Finance for payment.
