Responsibilities:
- Work Location is in Maldives.
- Greeting and seating guests in a timely and professional manner
- Taking and serving food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing recommendations to guests on food and beverage options
- Ensuring that the dining area is clean and presentable at all times
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered in a timely manner
- Handling guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Upselling food and beverage items to guests, as appropriate
- Processing guest payments accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (10th or 12th)
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Service Staff
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
- Familiarity with food and beverage service software, such as POS systems
- Women and North Indians are also preferred for this position
Salary:
₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month
