We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive proficient in both Hindi and English languages to join our team.

As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls. Maintain customer records and update information in the database.


Requirements:


  • Proficiency in spoken and written Hindi and English languages.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customercentric approach.
