Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the organization's CRM database.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
- Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service (ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with business goals.)
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and retention rates.
- Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in CRM software and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a CRM (Real Estate).
- Proficiency in CRM software, such as Sales force, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Certification in CRM software (e.g., Sales force Administrator certification) is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
