Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's CRM database.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams
  • Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service (ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with business goals.)
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track key CRM metrics such as customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and retention rates.
  • Train team members on CRM best practices and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices in CRM software and technologies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM (Real Estate).
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Sales force, Hub Spot, or Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

Certification in CRM software (e.g., Sales force Administrator certification) is a plus.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
