Job Description:

Work in sync with the global central Creative Team of Smiths and produce high-quality designs, artworks, layouts and a variety of assets for the APAC region considering Smiths design styles or guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities

What you'll do:

Liaise with internal stakeholders, ensuring the ideas and designs communicate the intended message, brand identity, and the correct look and feel of the campaign
Keep up to date on industry developments and technology, being able to interpret how these would deliver incredible internal communication ideas
Communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions, both written and verbal with internal teams, and clients
Able to understand Smiths brand when solving a problem
Ability to articulate and present concepts — can relay ideas in a logical manner

The Individual

What you'll definitely need:

Masterlevel proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, and other video editing software packages
Takes initiative — doesn't want to be told what or how to do something
Assist in the creation of seasonal campaign concepts
Work with the manager on the development of creatives, shoot strategy, story boards and presentations
