Billing Executive
Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

Invoicing:
- Generate and send accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Ensure invoices contain appropriate billing information, such as services provided, rates, and terms.
- Coordinate with project managers or relevant departments to confirm billing details.
Payments Processing:
- Track payments received and reconcile them with invoices.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
- Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate recording of payments.
Client Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for billing inquiries and concerns from clients.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding invoices or payment status.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through clear and effective communication.
Billing Documentation:
- Maintain organized and uptodate billing records and documentation.
- Prepare billing reports and analysis for management as needed.
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as required.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices and procedures to enhance the billing workflow.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address billingrelated challenges and drive improvements.
Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Rotational shift
