Description
Good communication skills in English- Should be able to speak in Kannada & Hindi
- Should be able to communicate effectively over calls, mails and Whats app.
- Customeroriented with a positive attitude and good listening skills.
- Answering incoming customer calls and responding to customer inquiries.
- Call clients and inform about new arrivals and upcoming products.
- Resolving customer complaints and addressing any concerns or issue.
Salary:
₹20, ₹23,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
