They monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.

Responsibilities:

System Monitoring:
Monitor computer systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.

Troubleshooting:
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating software, installing patches, and conducting system backups.

Security:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect computer systems from unauthorized access, viruses, and other security threats.

User Support:
Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting problems, answering questions, and assisting with software or hardware installations.

Job Scheduling:
Schedule and monitor batch jobs and system tasks to ensure timely execution and efficient use of resources.

Documentation:
Document procedures, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps to maintain an accurate record of system operations.

Training:
Provide training to users on system usage, best practices, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

Experience:
Previous experience in computer operations or a related field is preferred.

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
